Trees of Sheep's Green (North), Cambridge
Sheep's Green is rough common, part of the Cam floodplain, and now divided in two by Fen Causeway. The northern half has some particularly fine Lombardy Poplars [Lo] as well as various willows, including four large Golden Weeping Willows [We] by the mill pond. Also planted by the mill pond, and on each side of Fen Causeway are examples of another less common weeping willow, Thurlow Weeping Willow [Th] (at least I think that's what they are!)
